Terms & Conditions 2025


1) Hire Period


  1. All Bins include a standard 14 day hire from date of delivery to collection, we will call and message to see if the bin is ready for collection or if you would like to extend the hire period.
  2. The bin must not be obstructed at any time.
  3. If you need the bin longer, please contact us first so we can make arrangements.
  4. If you need the bin collected earlier than the 14 days, please contact us and we will arrange a collection date suitable for you.


2) Placement of Bin


  1. Bins will be placed in the designated spot you request, unless the driver cannot safely manoeuvre the bin into the allocated spot. This could be due to many factors such as the ground surface, weather, type of waste in the bins that are heavy and require sound footing.
  2. Bins cannot be placed on council land or blocking footpaths and emergency service access.
  3. Bins are not to be moved once placed. For example, using machinery such as an excavator or bobcat.


3) Filling of Bins


  1. Do not fill bins over Rim of bin which are all clearly labelled, this is for our safety when securing the load.
  2. We must ensure nothing is unsecured during transport as we are the ones who are responsible for this.
  3. If the bin is filled above the rim, we may remove the overfilled waste and collect the bin leaving the remaining waste where the bin was. This is to ensure you don’t get charged for a call out fee and the bin is always safe to transport, please don’t get annoyed with this we try to warn everyone as much as possible.
  4. When booking a bin in please ensure you have checked inclusions and exclusions prior as an extra charge may apply for sorting or if we can’t pick the bin up. We may leave the bin there and charge a wasted call out fee.


4) Fees & Charges


  1. To extend hire of a bin there is an additional $50 for an additional 7 day hire period. Please contact us first to discuss.
  2. Damage to bins will be assessed and charged accordingly if outside general wear and tear, for example bin damaged from machinery.
  3. Overweight limit charge is $200 per tonne over allowances.
  4. Wasted call out fee $110 - if bin is not ready, over filled above rim, incorrect waste put in bin.


5) Service Days of Operation


  1. Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm unless otherwise discussed and agreed.


6) Allowable Weight


  1. As per our price list all bin sizes and waste types are listed with a weight limit, anything filled beyond these limits will be charged at the overweight fee.


7) Allowable Items in Bins - Waste Types


Green Waste


  1. 100% clean soil only
  2. 100% bricks only
  3. 100% concrete only
  4. 100% trees, branches, leaves only


General Waste


  1. Garden or domestic waste such as toys, wood, clothes, boxes, books & furniture
  2. Ex-household items or green waste


Commercial Waste


  1. All general waste as well as concrete, soil, bricks, plasterboard & tiles (construction waste)


8) Excluded Items in Bins - Waste Types


Green Waste


  1. Anything other than bricks, concrete, trees / branches & clean soil


General Waste


  1. Glass, bricks, dirt, concrete, sand or tiles
  2. Asbestos, oils, liquids, food, batteries, gas bottles & tyres


Commercial Waste


  1. No glass, asbestos, oils, liquids, food, batteries, gas bottles & tyres


Prohibited Items


  1. Fire extinguishers
  2. Asbestos
  3. Fibreglass roof sheeting
  4. Gas bottles
  5. Old insulation
  6. Chemicals of any kind
  7. Food & liquids, including food & packaging


9) Payment Terms


  1. All bins are to be paid prior to or on delivery unless on an account. Payment can be made via transfer day prior to delivery, Eftpos on day of delivery as each truck is fitted with an Eftpos machine, cash on delivery however please have exact monies as we do not carry change or cash in trucks.
  2. All extra charges must be paid prior to collection or on day of collection this may be for extension of hire period, change of waste type or for overweight charges.
